We offer remote assistance for almost ANY issue you're having with your home computer. Viruses, malware, spyware, just general configuration issues...are examples of what we can do remotely with you. All for only half the cost of an in-home visit.
How does it work?
First: You'll schedule time with a technician using our online order form. A technician will contact you by email to setup a time to log in with you remotely.
Second: You download our remote client by clicking here
Third: At the agreed upon time the technician will call you and tell you to launch the remote software. You provide him with the support key given by the software and the technician can then login to your system and interact with it (and you) as if he was sitting right there. Together you'll make a paypal payment for your first hour of service. Once the payment has been verified we begin to work the issue with you while conversing via phone.
